These terms cover this website and the HomeWatch waitlist, both run by Veilix Labs LLC. They don’t cover the HomeWatch product, which isn’t available yet.
Using this site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don’t try to disrupt it, access it in ways it isn’t meant to be accessed, or submit other people’s email addresses to the waitlist.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist doesn’t create a purchase, reservation, order or any obligation for either side. You can leave at any time by emailing hello@veilixlabs.com.
A product in development
HomeWatch is in development. Features, hardware, availability and pricing described on this site may change or may not ship. Nothing here is an offer to sell. HomeWatch is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional security monitoring or emergency services.
Content and trademarks
The site’s content and the Veilix name and mark belong to Veilix Labs LLC. Other names mentioned, such as iPhone, iOS, Raspberry Pi and Tailscale, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
No warranties
This site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Veilix Labs LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
